Frequently asked questions

Answers to the most common questions about shipping, tracking, customs and delivery with Logistics Express.

Enter your tracking number on the Track Shipment page (or click the link in any of our emails) to see the live status, route map and every checkpoint on your shipment.
Your tracking number is included in the confirmation email sent when the shipment was booked. It usually looks like XX-0000-XXXXXXXX. If you cannot find it, contact support with the sender and receiver names.
Our operations team posts an update at every checkpoint — collection, departure, customs, arrival and delivery. Every update appears immediately on the tracking page and can also be emailed to you.
It means your shipment is with customs or is awaiting a clearance fee. You will see a payment button on the tracking page when a clearance fee is required, and our team is available 24/7 to assist.
Transit times depend on the service and route: express air freight typically takes 2–5 business days, while sea freight can take 2–6 weeks. Your tracking page shows a personalized estimated delivery date.
Yes — contact our support team as early as possible with your tracking number and the new address. If the shipment has not reached the final hub we will update the delivery instructions.
All shipments are handled with care and can be fully insured. Contact us before booking to arrange additional cargo insurance for high-value consignments.
If fees are required, a "Pay clearance fee" button appears on your tracking page. You can pay online and upload your payment proof — our team verifies and releases the shipment quickly.
